
SAE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
SAE commits that Quality, Safety, Health and Environment is our life and improving continuously through implementation of ISO-9001, OHSAS-18001, ISO-14001 and SMK3 as a basis of Company Management System.
To pursue the above commitment, all SAE personnel, top management and each individual staff shall perform their activities in due consideration of the following policy :
- It is a must that SAE shall provide the highest quality products and services complying with the Clients / Customers / Projects requirements and expectations, statutory requirements and in accordance with International Standards.
- The Management System Manual is mandatory at all levels of management and employees of SAE organization and those vendors/Subcontractors that shall supply products, goods or services.
- Enhance occupational health and safety awareness, knowledge and competence through continual education and training to achieve best performance.
- Identify every potential hazard and minimize risk to a level As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) and control properly a hazard-free and clean work environment.
- Provide plants and facilities to customers that have no undue environmental impact by devoting SAE's engineering ability for optimizing usage of natural resources / energy and for reducing effluent and waste produced or recovering usable material there from.
- Perform all activities in an environmentally sound manner through project execution from planning, engineering, procurement and construction to operation.
- Develop, maintain and continually improve an environmental management system for promoting activities of environment conservation.
- SAE shall orientate to apply the green technology in accordance with safety & environmental responsibilities and to the technically and economically achievable optimum.
